Phase I: February- May, 2006 · Draft self-study design questions and parameters
· College-wide feedback on self-study design questions by early May.
· Fall 2006, Middle States liaison Dr. Linda Suskie meets with Steering Committee and administration to review self –study design for approval.
Phase II: September 2006-May 2007
· College-wide data collection of assessment materials.
· Steering committee evaluates data for recommendations
· Draft findings and recommendations due by June.
· Findings available for review and feedback by campus community in May.
Phase III: September-December 2007 · Write final document.
· Gather and organize college-wide assessment data for Middle States review.
Phase IV: Middle States Team Visit and Review, April 2008
· February: Middle States Team receives advance copy of report
· April: Middle State team of 12 visits City College for 3 days, meeting with Steering Committee, faculty, administration and students to conduct interviews and review supporting documents.
